Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Giftarc, we strive to deliver perfection. However, since many of our products are made-to-order, our policy varies for standard vs. customized items.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Items: You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it for a full refund. After that, the printing process begins, and cancellations may not be accepted.
  • Customized Items (Lithophanes, Nameplates): Once the design/printing process has started, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Returns and Replacements

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy only under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or broken.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • There is a manufacturing defect (excluding normal 3D printing layer lines).

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized Products: Items made specifically for you (e.g., Photo Lithophanes, Custom Text) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or exposure to high heat by the customer.

4. How to Request a Refund/Replacement

To claim a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Record an Unboxing Video clearly showing the unopened package and the damage. This is mandatory for approval.
  • Email the video and Order ID to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
