Welcome to Giftarc. By accessing or using our website (giftarc.in) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Disclaimer (3D Printing Nature)

Please note that our products are created using FDM 3D Printing technology with PLA (Polylactic Acid) and other thermoplastics.

• Texture: 3D printed items naturally have "layer lines" and minor surface imperfections. This is a characteristic of the manufacturing process and is not considered a defect.
• Heat Sensitivity: PLA plastic is sensitive to high heat (above 60°C). Do not place these products in dishwashers, microwaves, or leave them inside hot cars/direct sunlight for extended periods.

2. Orders and Customization

For personalized items (e.g., Lithophanes, Nameplates), you are responsible for providing high-quality images and correct spellings. Giftarc is not responsible for low-quality output resulting from low-resolution images provided by the customer.

3. Payment

We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking through our secure payment gateway (PhonePe). Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

4. Limitation of Liability

Giftarc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
