Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time (The "Making" Phase)

Unlike standard retail, most Giftarc products are 3D printed on demand.

• Standard Orders: Processed and printed within 2-3 business days.
• Custom Orders (Lithophanes): Processed within 3-4 business days due to design time.

2. Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times depend on our courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.):

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate (calculated at checkout) applies to orders below ₹899.
• Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹899.

4. Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a Tracking ID via Email/SMS. You can track your package on the courier's website.

5. Delays

While we ensure timely dispatch, Giftarc is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner, natural calamities, or public holidays.
